Stephanie Grover, MSc, CCRP, PMP
Director
Stephanie Grover currently serves as the Director, ACCESS. Stephanie has been involved in the team since the initiative’s inception.
Stephanie received a degree in Genetics and Biochemistry, and a graduate degree specializing in Developmental Biology from the University of Western Ontario. She holds certifications as a Clinical Research Professional from the Society of Clinical Research Associates and a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
Prior to her role in ACCESS, she was the national Program Manager and part of the leadership team of the PRecision Oncology For Young peopLE (PROFYLE) program ensuring equitable access to the first pan-Canadian precision oncology pipeline for children, adolescents and young adults with cancer.
Stephanie brings over a decade of strategic leadership and operational management expertise in large, diverse, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Her passion for inclusivity and commitment to collaborative processes have translated into successful local, national and international partnerships.
