Dr. Stacey Marjerrison is a pediatric oncologist and the Medical Director of the Pediatric Oncology Late Effects Program at the McMaster Children’s Hospital.
She is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics, McMaster University and holds the McMaster University Ronald Barr Professorship in Pediatric Oncology as the inaugural recipient.
Stacey’s research interest lies in the supportive care for children with cancer and the interactions between socio-demographic determinants of health. She focuses on providing care for marginalized populations, including Indigenous children in Canada and children in low-income countries.
Outside of her work, Stacey is an advocate for families with cancer. She sits on the Medical Advisory Board at Campfire Circle and has participated in several cycling and running events to fundraise for childhood cancer including the National Kids Cancer Ride in 2019.
